Wisdom is not, in fact, an element of our world which we can “see”; and which we recognize when it presents itself before us. Rather, wisdom is primarily judged at the end of the journey or endeavor; it is awarded and branded after the reflection and the backwards assessment of our action and argument. It is awarded to those we have enjoyed the desirable results which who would prefer. Wisdom, will judge us; we do not judge wisdom.

When Enron collapsed and shocked the nation to its core with a $60 billion-dollar market value loss, the public and Washington screamed bloody murder; investigations commenced and people went to jail, and nothing less would have staved off public uprising…When a foreign radicalized entity bombed our buildings and capital with planeloads of our own citizens, Washington conducted a massive INTERNAL investigation to find limits of OUR OWN responsibility… Now that there is a devastating succession of internally planted time bombs wiping out our financial backbone; we hear no calls for jail, no mandate for probes, no leadership for delivery of truth in culpability? Not even a single firing or resignation yet?

The nation and its finances are given a large Valium pill, to ease the pain of the bad physical and mental health we are suffering. As the pain is debt and, we can turn off our attention to it, and focus on less unpleasant realities in an effort to believe things are better. But, Valium is extremely addictive.

the child in his own stage of sophistication, most have a system of filtering the many words, separating the valid from the invalid. The invalid words are instantly classified as noise, and are not processed as words; but dismissed as wavelength-murmurings from adult morons. The key breaking point for this distinction between valid and invalid, seems to be the existence of a loud commercial concerning the topic. If there’s not even ONE commercial screaming about the excellence and huge popularity of some issue or concern, then it isn’t an issue or concern, it never was; It can’t possibly be.

As the mediums and technology used to enjoy our music, television, and film collections race rapidly forward, we too must move in sync to keep from slipping into the realm of the obsolete.
